Invite-Only Beta Notice

The initial beta is capped, invitation-only, United States-only, and limited to people who affirm they are at least 18 years old. Codex and the application do not recruit, contact, or onboard real users during this software sprint.

The beta has no public registration, advertising, behavioral advertising, sale or sharing of personal information, marketing email, payments, EEA/UK/Swiss users, or under-18 users. Transactional authentication, security, support, moderation, and operational notices are permitted.

Service access may pause or stop if moderation capacity, support capacity, backups, monitoring, provider delivery, emergency controls, MaxBox coverage, legal facts, vulnerability disposition, or launch evidence no longer passes.
