Terms of Service

Twisted Headlines is an invite-only satire and parody headline game for United States residents who are at least 18 years old. There is no public registration, advertising, marketing email, payments, or behavioral advertising in the initial beta.

You own the original headlines and submissions you create. You grant Twisted Headlines the limited license needed to operate, display, moderate, secure, troubleshoot, and preserve the service and its audit trail. MaxBox or external promotional use requires separate rights consent and separate human approval.

Do not submit threats, harassment, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, unlawful content, malware, copyright infringement, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, private information, copied publisher text, or unsupported factual accusations. Moderators may reject, quarantine, remove, suspend, or restore content and accounts according to the published policies.

The beta may be interrupted, limited, reset, or stopped for safety, security, moderation, operational, or legal reasons. Appeals, corrections, restoration requests, security reports, and support requests start through the support and policy contact routes.

Review type: AI-assisted internal legal/privacy/policy review. Approval: accepted by project owner on June 24, 2026 for the capped invite-only beta. External attorney review was not performed.
