Fulfillment Status
Digital fulfillment is payment-confirmed and kill-switch controlled. Physical merch remains separate until provider, proof, shipping, and return operations are ready.
Initial digital sales posture
Digital products
- No paid file is delivered before payment confirmation.
- Digital products need protected access, recovery support, and final file review.
- Duplicate payment confirmations must not create duplicate entitlements or deliveries.
- The checkout-status claim fallback remains active even when production email is not configured.
Physical products
- Physical merch is not live.
- A provider, sample proof, shipping region, damaged-item process, and return process are still required.
- Community lines or ideas cannot be printed without separate commercial permission.
Payment boundary
Payment hosting and customer-safe checkout are live for approved digital products. Products that are still marked preview, research, or physical review remain unavailable.
